Hi, I’m Kara! I’m a mum of three, a NICU nurse, and the creator behind Ezy Breezy Wellness Boxes. After years of caring for tiny humans and their families in some of life’s most intense moments, I know how much a little bit of care—small, thoughtful moments—can make a difference.
Being a nurse and a mum has taught me the power of nurturing, both for others and for ourselves. That’s why I started creating wellness boxes: little packages of calm, comfort, and joy designed to help people pause, breathe, and take care of themselves—because self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential.
